These workshops aim
to contribute to the training of technicians and
professionals from Latin America and the Caribbean
in Information and Communications Technologies,
with emphasis in hands-on aspects and new developments,
like Wireless Technologies and the use of Open Source
Software. Further goals are:

-Identify and establish
individual and institutional links for Internet
based regional and national cooperation.
-Establish strategies to promote collaboration and
discussion among key players in the region involved
in public policies |
